Welcome to my office in the heart of Basel - just 5 minutes by tramRailroad station SBB removed. Here I will accompany you on your path and we will work on your goals step by step. Of course we can also use other locations. We can sit on a bench outside or I can accompany you to a competition. You decide that! I'm definitely looking forward to seeing you.

My name is Sidonie Repond and I am the face behind Mentaltraining Basel. Since 2015 I have been working as a freelance mental trainer and sports psychologist. I support people from sports, as well as from work or in private everyday life with passion and  Herzblut to surpass themselves and to get the best out of themselves

  • Specialist psychologist for sports psychology DAS - University of Bern

  • Hypnotherapy - TMI Darmstadt

  • Hypnosis intensive training - OMNI Zurich

  • Several years of experience in sports psychological support and advice for athletes in over 15 sports (including football, figure skating, agility, tennis, mountain biking, pole vault, gymnastics, swimming, synchronized swimming...)

  • Several years of experience in the mental accompaniment of a wide variety of people (managers, students, schoolchildren, executives, doctors, pilots, parents, etc.)

  • Official sports psychologist of the sports departments of Basel-Stadt & Basel-Land
