General Terms and Conditions (GTC) for the Mental Training Basel practice

Scope: The following general terms and conditions regulate the business relationship between Sidonie Repond (Mentaltraining Basel) and the practice's customers in the context of psychological services. All Mentaltraining Basel services are subject to these conditions unless they have been changed or supplemented in writing.

Services: My practice provides psychological services to promote wellness and personal growth. These services are based on proven methods of sports psychology. The exact structure of the sessions is determined individually in consultation with the customer.

Appointments: Appointments for meetings can be arranged online, by telephone or by email. I try to arrange appointments to the best of my ability, but I cannot guarantee availability at certain times.

Fee: The current prices for my services can be found in my current Price list. Payment is made in cash or via TWINT directly after the session. Some health insurance companies cover part of the amount in the supplementary insurance. Please contact your health insurance company in advance.

Cancellation of appointments: Agreed appointments can be canceled or postponed free of charge up to 24 hours before the appointment. In the event of cancellations after this deadline or in the event of no-show, the full fee for the booked session will be due. This also applies to the test interview. Failure to appear at the trial interview will be charged a flat rate of 80CHF.

Confidentiality: All content discussed in the meeting will be treated as strictly confidential. I undertake to maintain confidentiality in accordance with the applicable legal regulations.

Disclaimer: The psychological services aim to promote well-being, but do not constitute medical or psychotherapeutic treatment in the classic sense. Any liability for any risks or side effects of the sessions is excluded.

Data protection: I comply with the applicable data protection regulations. Personal data will only be used to carry out the services and will not be passed on to third parties.

Severability clause: If a provision of these terms and conditions is ineffective, this does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The ineffective regulation is replaced by a regulation that comes closest to the economic meaning and purpose of the ineffective regulation.

These terms and conditions come into force on January 15, 2020.
